Train No 12261 CSMT HWH Durunto express . Please change the name to Scam Express. Worst train to travel. Fares equivalent to Air Tickets.Pathetic washrooms Running late by 14hrs since a year. Total harrassment. Never recommend @indianrailway__ @PMOIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw

The train was stopped on the outer for 45 mins roughly even though the platforms were vacant..instead a passenger train was given preference first & then the so-called Super Fast Durunto. The whole point for opting Durunto is to save time.
