HOMICIDE UPDATE: Saint Paul Police officers have arrested Antavarius Scott Baker, 28, of Minneapolis, in relation to the Feb. 2, 2026, homicide on the 100 block of Oneida Street. The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office has charged Baker with two counts of second-degree murder. No further updates at this time.

HOMICIDE UPDATE: Saint Paul Police officers have arrested Eithan Armani Green, 29, of Minneapolis, in relation to the Feb. 2, 2026, homicide on the 100 block of Oneida Street. The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office has charged Green with one count of second-degree murder and one count of illegally possessing a firearm. No further updates at this time.

HOMICIDE UPDATE: The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office has identified the victim of the Jan. 31 homicide on the 900 block of York Avenue as Christ Hae, 25, of Saint Paul. The investigation into the circumstances leading up to the shooting and who is responsible continues. No further updates at this time.
