@StanChart Very disappointed with Standard Chartered Bank. My account is frozen over a ₹13,000 “suspicious” transaction despite having valid proofs. No proper support from customer care or my Relationship Manager, and I can’t access my own money. Requesting urgent resolution.

@RBI Fraud @StanChartIN Bank is not closing my bank account and has fraudulently done -ve balance. Its been last 2 years. Hardeep Singh's recorded on email to close the dormant account. Its is a big fraud bank. I am raising consumer complaint too. @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho

There are 101 reasons to doubt credit card issuing bank’s integrity towards customers. Minimum payment made two days before due date reflected on due date, bulk refund from airlines processed same date reflected a day after due date. This is @StanChartIN …..

Seems like @StanChartIN is having a hard time recovering its dues. The automated and telecaller based payment reminders are truly a nuisance and a painful reminder of the bad old days of banking they are still living in. Funny thing is the reminders keep coming after payments.

@StanChartHelp @StanChart @StanChartIN There were multiple instances of failed bill payment as no otp was received. Plz add manual otp trigger process which can be visible in app/internet banking. This issue is rarely encountered but definitely causes service denial
