@StarbucksUK really disappointed that after purchasing a gift card for someone's birthday, the same store I purchased it from can't use the gift card (Asda, Lancaster) and he had to spend his own money. Really let down!

@StarbucksUK terrible customer service this evening at your Shepiston Lane Hayes store. A staff member was on a video call to a friend (making conversation about personal matters I.e. dinner plans) whilst trying to take my order and serve me. Appalling.

When you order a large wet (no foam) blonde latte from @StarbucksUK why do you get a drink that is half empty and filled with foam? Sat in the car unable to take a photo as evidence but oddly feeling cross - its not rocket science surely?

@StarbucksUK I made a complaint online a few months ago and I wasn't happy with the response. As the reference for the complaint was 'closed' I couldn't reply, so had to make two further complaints, and I'm still awaiting a response, several months on. What is going on?
