I watch over 250 tickers and post info on some of them. Most are garbage that trades on the highly risky, highly illiquid OTC Market. I am NOT posting stock recommendations.

$VCBD Don't know what's up with all the "10,400" trades @ .001 today. Yesterday had "10,500" trades @ .0008, 38 of them in a 3-second span at 11:09AM and 24 of them in a 1-second span around 9:42AM. There was also a bunch of "10,300" trades @ .0007.

$VCBD Big drop this week because of a "Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209" filing. Those are usually for an RS imo. Took a starter in the trips because I buy the fear and I was interested in high .001s in the last 2 months. Also, there's a gap at .0011-.0013 that may fill.

I don't think it's an AS increase because that number remained the same in the 5/20/2026 snapshot, the effective date of the "Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209" filing.

So far no OTCN on the low ask for $PWDY, but he's still hovering there at .003. I want to believe they're done with the o/s raises but I'm far from certain of that. OTCN needs to stay away from the low ask and more importantly I don't want to see any more W trades this week. Cross your fingers, toes eyeballs and anything else you can cross for good luck. Cautiously optimistic but a healthy amount of skepticism is in the air. I think this is the best way to approach the shareholder update, not assuming anything atm.

$ELOX $170k dollar volume with a 0.59 VWAP today. All the big buys were at the 0.60 high. These were $42k and $24k slaps.

@pjcentineo Neither. The company has filed all delinquent periodic reports. I believe they'll ensure future compliance and the SEC will say ok and that's the end of this administrative proceeding.
