Pic 1: End of 2021. Diagnosed with neck tumor. Had a surgery to extract it out, leaving a 6 inch cut on neck. Could not move by neck for a month. Post tumor, ended up with TB, blood vomits for 4/5 months. End of October, was back to normal. Joined Google, moved to a new country in 6 months. Pic 2: Starting of 2023 Up and running. Fixed myself as much as possible myself. Hitting the gym more often. Lot of people term me “lucky”, etc. Not everyone knows what goes on behind the lens. You only see few minutes. #striver

What are the options for bulk payouts? We have the use case of sending affiliates and influencer payments at the end of the month, but then @HDFCBank_Cares doesn't approves our current account for bulk payments. Will move out in a month or so, when I travel back to Kol, but if we can get some service provider that takes care of it, that will be great. @Razorpay has it, but the onboarding + monthly pricing seems too high given the use case.

@striver_79 "every 10-20 metres"?? Bro are you kidding me? I went there few months back. It was packed with stalls. "10-20 metres" would be considered spacious. There were hundreds of illegal stalls all over the Sealdah station.

I'm happy that I didn’t. The immense learning > from running your own thing > managing 35+ people > keeping revenue up > optimising everywhere > building a strong core > reducing attrition > planning for the future > coping with AI > staying relevant > handling marketing, sales, engineering and more all while bootstrapping everything is immense. The list could go on and on. I am currently in a phase of life where I am maturing as an individual more every day. Was a good call to leave my full time job, it puts immense pressure on you, and you don’t relax that much.

I haven't talked about this enough and haven't sent enough appreciation to @striver_79, for just everything that he has helped me with. He referred me to Google and also vouched for me personally. Due to this, I was able to get interviews at a time when there was close to 0 hiring going on. Over the last 3 years, a lot of times, when I was trying to take a tough decision in life, I talked to him and he helped me like an elder brother. He has an amazing product, business, marketing and team building sense. We hired someone for UX without even a single round of interview. A couple of years back, when we started, @abhishekcode42 did freelance for us and had a girl in his team. Quite sharp with good design sense. She took a career break because of health issues. Texted her, asked her expected CTC, and offered slightly more than she quoted. All in a few hours. She flew in yesterday and joins us on Monday. Every freelance work, internship, or minor collaboration - always build relationships. The world is a small place. We got lucky; otherwise, we would have had to wait 1-2 months to get someone with a bit of experience (post notice period).
