Realised this eve just like years ago on my bike I really enjoy being out on my own running with my thoughts (which defo aren't very exciting or deep thoughts) hopefully found my sport for the next phase of my life.

First running post on my new running X with my 0 followers so far 😬, what have I learnt in this first year in this new sport? Well lots, for starters 1, everyone asks what you are training for? "just to get better at running". 2, it seems everyone runs easy runs too fast!
