Today’s announcement of a new pilot to fund more ASC nurses to train to prescribe is a vital step in recognising clinical expertise, supporting career development, and improving care. It will also enable timely treatment and strengthen shared care across health & social care.

The second award went to the care team at Aston-on-Trent. Their resilience and teamwork have transformed their service, earning a CQC “Good” with “Outstanding” in caring. A brilliant example of compassion, leadership, and person-centred care in action. #SocialCareNursing
