Starting to settle in that last week I successfully defended my PhD thesis on urban radiative transfer! It was a challenge, mostly through a pandemic, but I'm very happy and proud to get to this point. A big thank-you to my supervisors @SueGrimmond and @RobinJHogan. @SCENARIO_DTP

A rainbow after a busy week and equally busy weekend... highlight was a cracking Saturday celebrating Mr & Mrs Bird with lots of Meteorology pals ☀️🌈

Maybe the real reason the gnats in all my plan won't die is cos my coordination has led them to mistake my attempts to kill them with enthusiasm for their invasion.... 👏🪰
