@deffnotnoelle thank you 😌 honestly at first i just walked 10.000 steps per day and i ate less and healthier food and i lost like 15kgs. now i’m going to gym and i eat in calorie deficit 🙈 i go to gym 4 times per week. 2 times i do legs and ass workout and 2 times i do arms, chest and back 🙈
