@swapfiets I cancelled my monthly subscription on 27feb 2026,I got charged on 3mar despite cancelling it coz none of ur employees during the time I got it told me that youve to cancel it anytime before 1 month I WAS NOT TOLD this information when i bought it I NEED MY MONEY BACK

@swapfiets I’ve ridden a lot of electric bikes. The one I’ve hired from you is hands down the worst I’ve ever ridden. I need it to be able to get me up a hill and it has so little power it’s absolutely unfit for purpose. How do I get the bike collected and my money back?

@ChabotV Hi, onze excuses voor deze frustrerende situatie, zeker als lang lid. We begrijpen je frustratie volledig. Zoals per e-mail uitgelegd, zijn dit kosten van de gemeente die we moeten doorberekenen. Dit kunnen we helaas niet veranderen. Stuur ons een DM als je nog vragen hebt.

@swapfiets mijn abbonement op te zeggen en ik raad iedereen af om hier een abbonnement op te nemen. Geldtrekkers en geen enkele wil om je verder te helpen als het probleem iets complexer is dan een kapot licht of lekke band. Schandelijk, schaamteloos en beschamend!

Je me dis souvent que je le ferai un autre week-end… et puis les semaines passent. Le week-end dernier, j’ai pris mon vélo @swapfiets et je suis partie sans trop réfléchir direction Boissy-Saint-Léger et les sentiers tout près du RER A !

@swapfiets You are a disgrace. You charged me an extra 200DKK. I've been in conversations with you for two days and all you've done is change your story over and over again. Never accepting the mistake and refunding the money. Is this how you treat your customers?

@swapfiets kun je mij het volgende uitleggen: Jullie schrijven 2 jaar lang onterecht geld af na het opzeggen van de service (€450). Je wordt erop gewezen en komt met de volgende oplossing: €200 binnen 10 dagen over te maken en de rest binnen 6 weken. Erg matig. Slecht zelfs.
