Allah first. Northern Nigeria my pride. Peace and unity for better Nigeria.

This story is both sad and heartbreaking. No parent should ever have to endure such an ordeal. In 2020, during the COVID-19 period, the child was placed under a temporary caregiving arrangement with Ms. Timipre Wolo a trusted family friend, pending the completion of documentation for her relocation to the United States. Subsequently, Ms. Timipre Wolo reportedly initiated legal proceedings against the adoptive parents, seeking a court order to be granted adoptive rights over the child. Court records show that judgment was eventually delivered in favour of the adoptive parents, affirming their custodial rights. However, despite the ruling, the child has not been physically reunited with her adoptive parents and siblings since 2022. A child custody matter should never become a mystery. If the Court of Appeal has affirmed lawful custody in favour of the adoptive parents, then the urgent question is simple: Where is the child now, and has any competent authority verified her welfare? This is not about social media drama or personal attacks. A minor is involved, and a court order exists. The focus should be on the enforcement of that order, verification of the child’s welfare, and ensuring her safe return to her lawful custodians. When a court has ruled on child custody, who should be held responsible if the child is still not physically reunited with those granted lawful custody? instagram.com/p/DYXO_nyjCn_/
