Has anyone had the £48 Local ballot for Chelsea? I know the £9 ones have been done this morning but no reports of seeing the £48 one being done.

@TicketHelpLFC Hi mate I’m on 13 credits this season and have received the fan update email I’ve tried to upload my id but says can’t validate it and only have 1 attempt remaining says on the email you can alternatively use a utility bill but doesn’t give that option on the fan update page??

@shillcock_paul I'm not aware of any recent changes to turnstiles. If your phone has NFC then tap on top, if it doesn't then scan the code at bottom

@TicketHelpLFC Does anyone recall being told by the club that the ticket machines were charging? Caused big delays last week I was told to ‘tap the top’ of the machine with my phone to get in, but the barcode reader was at the bottom of the machine, still not quite sure what to do haha

Worried about scanning red? This isn't 100% but you can check prior to going to the turnstiles. If you login when turnstiles open (2 hours before kick off) and head to the ticket page, if you can see hallmaps and sales then you should be good. (Image 1) If you login and you see no Hallmaps when you should, then it's likely you will scan red and need to go to the TO with ID. (Image 2) Forwarding will also be disabled for blocked accounts (remember you can't forward tickets bought in AMS or local ballots anyway)
