Jeff joined Team RWB and got right to work. 💪
He’s already logged more than 140 miles during Team RWB’s GWOT 100 challenge and is 25 pounds down toward his goal of losing 50 this year.
But for Jeff, this journey started with a hard truth:
“I was not happy when I looked at myself in the mirror. I was heavier than I had ever been and I was flat out not healthy.”
After 22 years in the Army, knee pain, setbacks after surgery, and depression made it harder to keep moving.
“I had been dealing with depression for most of last year… I decided it was time to do a check-in again. So I did.”
Now he’s rebuilding momentum one challenge at a time, using Team RWB as the structure to chase what’s next: bigger goals, bigger milestones, and proof that progress stacks when you keep showing up.
