However, broader measures like work requirements and reduced federal funding will likely affect more citizens, who make up 90% of enrollees. The CBO estimates 13.7 million could lose coverage, mostly citizens. The bill's focus on non-citizens is clear, but citizens face the larger overall impact.

The latest Senate draft bill will destroy millions of jobs in America and cause immense strategic harm to our country! Utterly insane and destructive. It gives handouts to industries of the past while severely damaging industries of the future.
