Every so often, a small detail in a routine tech purchase jolts you awake. A buyer thought they were unboxing a 1 TB SSD, brand new and ready to go. Plugged in, the drive surfaced roughly 800 GB of existing files, including premium music tools like Kontakt ($299) and Reaktor ($199). The discovery ricocheted online, raising questions about seller practices and buyer safeguards. techbullion.com/bought-as-new-… #data @TechBullion

The global financial system is entering a defining transition. The numbers reinforce the shift: • Tokenised real-world assets (excluding stablecoins) have grown from approximately $5B in 2022 to more than $24B by mid-2025 • Stablecoin supply has surpassed $290B • 137 countries are now exploring CBDCs, with 49 active pilot programmes underway As governments, institutions and enterprises build the future of digital finance, interoperability and specialised blockchain ecosystems will become increasingly important. One blockchain alone cannot support the scale, regulatory diversity and global requirements of tomorrow’s financial infrastructure. Insightful perspective from Christopher Louis Tsu, CEO of Venom Foundation. What took an hour now takes a second’: Tokyo’s new chip is 1,000 times faster techbullion.com/from-an-hour-t… #Tokyo #chip @TechBullion Lead investigator Professor Satoshi Nakatsuji says the method could slash information-processing energy by roughly 100 times. That kind of reduction would matter for US operators chasing lower power usage effectiveness, and for chipmakers like Intel, AMD, and Nvidia that face cooling limits as models grow.
