After finishing Episode 8, I can confidently say that #SpiderNoir is a certified must-watch for fans of the character. The detective vibe and overall aesthetic of the show paired with Nick Cage’s raw, unfiltered talent (especially those spider-like mannerisms) makes for a great and interesting watch. Supporting cast is absolutely PHENOMENAL (hi Janet) and the CGI was great, but I think the pacing and story is the cherry on top. Nothing felt too slow or rushed and I applaud the writers for putting together a well-balanced story. 1/2

This show is so amazing. It’s so refreshing to see a spider-man related project made with so much passion instead of another random villain movie with no spider-man correlation.

so here's my quick thoughts on it: nicolas cage is having the most fun with this performance and so is everyone in the cast, the camera work is great and feels like an actual tv show. plot/action needed a slightly bigger punch but a live action series can work! 7.5/10
