I'm pretty sure 'Advertising' is paid promotions with the aim of influencing the public. I could be wrong, and I'm more than happy to be corrected, but I couldn't find an definition in my very cursory search of Aust Consumer Law.
Jillian's sign is truthful (and she can prove it), designed to inform, and a call for full disclore.
This looks like a case of @RANZCP silencing their critic with violence, not a breach of advertising standards.

This morning, I silently held up a sign at the @RANZCP Congress during the keynote speech. Security pushed me over, dragged me out, and cancelled my conference registration. @RANZCP CEO, Damian Ferrie, told me my sign counted as ‘advertising’ so wasn’t allowed. The College is so cruel to those of us speaking up to protect children from gender interventions. @Mark_Butler_MP @AngusTaylorMP @PaulineHansonOz @TimNichollsMP @DavidCrisafulli

@thatbloodybird @LAHall454981 Some have developed excellent camouflage - like fluffy bummed rabbits. What do we see when they run away from us? Not a rabbit - no! We see an easily explained bag of cottonballs bouncing along merrily in front of us.

I have been amused at those people who have been criticising me for taking the Greens to court to get my party membership back. Why would they (and the Greens) think that someone who was prepared to go to jail over 20 times for civil disobedience on free speech issues during the Bjelke-Peterson era would meekly accept being told he would be expelled from the Greens for supporting freedom of speech? I pointed out to them many times that their process lacked natural justice but, like the arrogant authoritarians they are, they kept going with it, breaching natural justice provisions right to the end.
We should all be prepared to resist injustice, just as Jillian Spencer, Andrew Amos and Sall Grover are doing in their struggles against gender-based authoritarianism.

I have been asking this same question for years now - including in letters to politicians, lawmakers, and 'Gender Health' clinics.
What is 'Gender'?
It has no legal meaning and its accepted usage in society, workplaces, etc has been so corrupted by the 'Trans' imposition on society, it's all but useless as a practical, universally understood term.
That then begs the question. What is this mysterious 'Gender Identity" as defined in the Australian Sex Discrimination Act as a 'Protected Characteristic'.
What kind of 'Identity' is being protected?
The longer this farce continues the more obvious it becomes that 'Gender' is shorthand for anything goes, and a perfect cover for the medical abuse of the most vulnerable people in our society - especially children.

All the lies about men in women's sport are being dismantled, and we have our own brilliant dismantler right here in Australia, @KirralieS, who is facing extreme legal abuse for her efforts to expose them. @KowalskiKit has been doggedly and meticulously exposing the lies of ACON for years, and it is starting to pay off as more and more people are becoming aware of reading her work. The announcement of a girls-only Valorant 5v5 tournament has caused some backlash. The event offers a 5000 VP prize per team and is only open to biological female players. People are upset about two things: First, the poster was made with AI. Many say the organizers should have hired real artists from the big Valorant art community instead. Second, the rule that keeps out trans women. This has led to claims of transphobia and calls to boycott the event.
