I have to give @HofstraMBB a huge shoutout. They just finished their season, but they were terrific this year. I got the pleasure to watch them play Temple and Pitt live. I enjoyed watching them play so much in those games I followed them closely all year. Cruz Davis and Preston Edmead deserve their flowers. They were the best backcourt in the CAA all year. Hofstra should get in the paint next half, I think Alabama will foul up a storm.

The A10 sending their 2nd team to the round of 32. This time St Louis totally dismantled Georgia. In the last 3 years the A10 has sent 4 different teams to the round of 32 with Duquesne and Dayton winning 1st round games in 2024. The A10 needs more respect when it comes to at large bids.

VCU comes back from 19 down to upset North Carolina 82-78! The A10 gets a big tournament win! Terrence Hill Jr had a career high 34 points. Nyk Lewis scored 16 points including the game clinching free throws and Lazar Djokovic scored 15. Go VCU! Go A10! #A10MBB

Let’s Go VCU! Let’s get the A10 a big win. They’ve made an amazing 19 point comeback in the 2nd half to force OT. Terrence Hill Jr has been even better than he was last week at the A-10 Tournament. He already has 31 points.

I’ve been saying this about the metrics. The big schools try to rig the numbers by playing with the top 30 schools or bottom 30 schools. Good mid-major teams don’t have a chance to have good metrics because none of the power 5 schools will schedule them.
