(1/2) Aquest matí, al #congresgestio24 hem escoltat experiències inspiradores d'innovació en governança fomentada en la col·laboració. El programa iNexes del CSC , impulsa la innovació mitjançant la promoció d’oportunitats de connexió entre les institucions participants.

Aquesta setmana assistim al #congresgestio24. El què fa falta és clar, transformar la governança i gestió per facilitar una atenció més centrada en la persona, integrada i longitudinal. Ens inspira escoltar iniciatives que se centren en el 'com' i en posar-lo en marxa.

We also did a public lecture at the National Design Centre allowed us to share our work on care system transformation and the urgent need to redesign how we Learn, Work, Rest, & Care in a society shaped by longevity. Big thanks to Wendy Chua and everyone who made this possible!

✨ Care-Centred Design Practice in Singapore! We had an incredible week at LaSalle's Design for Social Futures program, leading a masterclass with 50+ students to explore how design can tackle caregiver challenges—from taboos to self-care and beyond. #CareCentredDesign

Through hands-on training, we guided them in a live innovation project for diabetes patients. Big thanks to @x_consol_x, Eduard Moreno, Gabriel, & Leire for the opportunity! 🙌 Together, we had fun and learned a lot. #transformingcare #caringorganisations

Citizen participation is crucial for identifying unmet needs in healthcare and fostering innovation. In 2023, we partnered with @apicsmetronord to empower 15 primary care professionals and citizen support team members with practical skills in healthcare service innovation.
