My husband just lost his job after 30 years of giving his life to the government. He is a disabled veteran that spend year’s in Afghanistan and Korea. He was close to retirement and and worked for HuD. Is this what we voted for when we voted for our president Trump. How do we supposed to pay our bills. Unbelievable, we are republicans, my husband is a retired and disabled veteran 😡. Voting for Trump got us noting but high prices, a war and now unemployment and probably loosing our home that we build together 😔😡.

You misunderstood my message.
At no point did I say her son is a criminal or a communist, nor did I say he deserves what is happening to him.
What I actually expressed was support for his mother and confidence in the legal process of the United States. My point was simple: in this country, there are laws and procedures, and if a person is innocent, those same laws will protect him, he will be released, and he will be able to reunite with his family.
My comments about crime, communism, and political ideologies were general political opinions, not statements about her son personally.
So the core message was support, hope, and trust in due process — not an accusation.

I run a business. A sports bar, JJ's Place. Yesterday 80% of the bar wanted the Turning point halftime show. The rest wanted Bad Bunny. To accommodate I put the TV's on half and half. The 20% started canceling the orders, taking to social media calling me a racist, being disrespectful to my staff, and leaving 1 ⭐️ reviews on Google and Yelp. Mind you the 80% who wanted the Turning Point halftime show weren't happy that Bad Bunny stayed on, but they didn't leave me a bad review, take to social media, cancel their orders, or disrespect my staff. It has become impossible to run a business. I support 3 generations of my family on a sole income, and try to accommodate everyone. The bar business is not what it used to be. Sad day.💔

You're truly not looking at the whole picture. I do tho k it was a tragic accident. But I actually think his gun discharged. Officers have millisecond decisions - someone yells gun - things get crazy.
Bottom line - don't go to a highly volatile protest with a gun!!!
By the way - he was at a protest a week earlier and got into a fight with ICE and had a rib broken.
