Invader Zim is full of this. Rather than go through the time and cost to order retakes, they would add sound FX or music to the off-animation and turn it into jokes.

During the production of the season 2's episode "Chubby Cheese" from Dexter's Laboratory, there was an animation error where the animators thought the "take off" part is litreally about them taking off and it was left in due to the members of the show thought it was funny.

This STAR WARS teaser trailer was screened before ‘King Kong’ in December of 1976. The special effects weren’t finished, the music is NOT John Williams, and all in all it gives off a very different much darker vibe. Interesting.

This charming simple cartoon about a boy genius and his clumsy big sister was one of the first cartoons I remember being obsessed over as a baby.
The more seasoned part of me admits Powerpuff Girls is probably a better CN show overall, but DL is still 1 of my fav cartoons ever.
