@TheUPSStore Your store in Murray, KY is cutting corners and giving you a bad name. They are being lazy about contacting people and then cancelling boxes without warning. To top it off, they're then returning packages. Awful service from Charlie to boot.

@TheUPSStore Store 7426 refused to ship my box. I would like this feedback to be shared with UPS higher management. Amazon’s return policy clearly states that an additional box is only needed if the original packaging is damaged. My item was already in its original, undamaged box. The employee questioned why there was no Amazon label, but the item had been shipped inside another box with vanilla wafers, so the manufacturer’s box did not have a label. This is the second time I have had this same issue at UPS, and it suggests that employees are not being properly trained on Amazon return requirements. The item was already boxed appropriately, yet I was refused service and told I needed to place a box inside another box. This is unnecessary and not environmentally responsible. I was on my way to work, and now I must make another trip, which is an inconvenience. I have included basic information from online sources and the packaging itself. Please have a manager reach out to me to discuss this further.

@TheUPSStore can’t believe how awful the ups store in Evans Ga is. The absolute worst customer service ever. I’d rather walk barefoot across 10 miles of legos and nails to deliver my own package than use this store or any UPS store for that matter after the way they’ve treated me

@TheUPSStore this is the worst UPS. I have ever been to. THE UPS STORE #6814! Took customer’s behind me, walked away several times and left me just standing there. Zero cooperation and even less politeness! You need to really look into this store. There were four associates and they stood in the back and were talking and left me stand there. I hope my very expensive package makes it. But believe me if it doesn’t. I’m going to make sure you all know about it! This is a supposed local business. What a joke! Fed ex for the future.
