/2 export privatekeys work ... but it is not possible to import these generated keys, probably affect any wallet dump, backup, paper wallet for WillowCoin made by user on there wallet.

during august moving infrastructure/hardware to a bigger data center, and resolving maintenance on offline clients. API and Web frontend + Exchange Engine get moved seamless. upcoming maintenance on Coin Clients may have some delay on blockchain data with moderate downtime.
