Cortisol should gradually go down toward the evening, while melatonin should gently rise. Bright light and screens at night disrupt melatonin. And when there’s barely any daylight or movement during the day, cortisol regulation often becomes unstable — and your body struggles to shift into rest mode. ❗️Try this 3-day plan — it genuinely helps bring things back into balance. If this state has been going on for weeks, it’s worth checking the basics with a specialist: sleep and overall well-being are often affected by deficiencies.
