100 things that made me f*cking happy in 2025
1. Becoming a biker.
If this was a ranked list (which it’s not), this one would place very high. I had postponed buying a bicycle for many years. This year I got a mountain bike and became obsessed with cycling. I did around 900 km this year, mostly on trails in forests. I started taking a bike to work, and I also rode with Maty a lot.
2. Not drinking.
I was “not drinking by default” for a long time. But over the past years, I've stopped drinking entirely. I don’t know how many days I’ve been sober (and my statistics-loving ego hates that). I never thought that I, such a wine lover, would ever write this but: not drinking makes me really happy.
3. Our home.
A house became a home and we really enjoy it. I’m glad that we found amazing people to help us make it happen.
4. Hosting @garyvee live on Grateful show.
Not gonna lie, this was a huge deal for me. If you’ve followed me, you know what Gary means to my journey. To be able to have him as a guest on our show was such an amazing experience.
5. Ape Street Gallery by Infi Torem.
My beloved project, a gallery showcasing the @BoredApeYC ecosystem to the public. Winter was cruel to the artworks, so we repaired the wall, and I’m really happy that Bored Apes from all over the world come to visit it.
9. If you know you know a.k.a. 12:34 a.k.a. Life is Porno's very first brand campaign in 13 years.
20. The Diary of a CEO by @StevenBartlett.
Probably my favorite podcast right now. My 2025 highlights: Mo Gawdat, Matthew McConaughey, Scooter Braun, Mr. Beast, former CIA spies and Simon Sinek.
24. Co-hosting Grateful Show two times a week with @Gratefulape.
I know, NFTs are “dead.” Yet, we’re on episode 427 and counting… Our audience is all over the world and I talk to many of my “internet friends” more often than to my IRL friends.
30. Infi Torem in Paris.
Not only getting the attention in front of the Louvre (no idea who did that). But also having an exhibition and a brand activation with Infi Torem during NFT Paris (without even going to the event).
62. Life is Porno's Birthday Week.
As every year, we gave away tons of stuff during our birthday week. This year we hid our goods in almost 90 different spots. No matter how big or small the town was, it took on average 10–15 minutes until a hunter appeared. Our fans are wild…
68. Not drinking coffee for three weeks.
Ok, this did not make me happy at all. But I wanted to clean myself from caffeine for the first time in many, many years. The first days’ headaches were really tough. Extremely terrible. But the first coffee after the fasting was so worth it.
75. My birthday.
I got a box full of 40 gifts in the morning. And they all were experiences and things I love I got to experience throughout the day with the two people I love the most. It was definitely one of the best days of my life. Too good.
83. Sphere in Vegas.
Another birthday gift, this time from my friend Grateful Ape. It was a mindblowing experience, from the interior design to all the immersive effects. I think this might be the only reason why I would ever come back to Vegas.
84. ApeFest.
After NYC, Hong Kong and Lisbon, this time in Las Vegas. Spending time with my fellow Bored Ape Yacht Club members made me definitely happy. Having a media pass and seeing Clipse concert from under the stage was a cherry on top.
85. ComplexCon.
Even though it was not the bucket list version of ComplexCon (= exhibiting there with Life is Porno), these were two hectic days full of inspiration. Also, Central Cee is currently one of my favorite MCs and his gig was perfect.
89. Randomly talking to a guy carrying a large @NickyDiamonds Bearbrick in Vegas.
Just to find out he’s deep in the street fashion industry, and we had a cool lunch together a few days later in LA. By the way, our two and a half days in LA were the true definition of “Life is Porno”. Karma gave us so many amazing things, it felt like a month…
93. Sunsetting loof.
No, this actually didn’t make me happy at first. We acquired the kids’ brand loof three years ago. We invested a lot of time, money and resources to make it work. But it didn’t. Not for one single reason, but for many different reasons. It was a huge hit for my ego. But then I realized that we’re spending way too much effort somewhere where we’re losing, versus spending it where we’re winning. So the tough decision had to come.
99. Extra Mile Newsletter.
Yes, there are 100 of them indeed.
