These guys are what they hate. They are The Groups. They have little electoral base, they succeed via elite persuasion. If you meet all their demands, they'll move the goalposts. They don't really care about the issues they claim to, they have a factional omnicause
DC is already the most over-policed place in the country, with more per capita than any other major city. If more cops solved crime, DC would be the safest city in America.
