i’ve seen a lot of brands try to “start” on tiktok shop but very few actually build something that lasts here’s where things usually break: they don’t build momentum they go hard for 2-3 weeks then slow down then stop tiktok shop rewards consistency not short bursts they don’t stay in front of creators they send one message maybe a second then disappear creators are getting dozens of messages if you’re not following up, you’re forgotten they don’t track creator performance over time a creator might not convert on video 1 but might on video 3 or 5 most brands don’t track that far so they drop creators too early they don’t reconnect with creators who churned after a few posted videos creators who already posted once are your best asset they already know the product they already made content but most brands never reach back out they don’t build a REAL system everything is manual everything is reactive nothing compounds the brands scaling treat this like an operation clear pipelines clear tracking (cough cough hubfluence) clear follow ups that’s what separates the ones that grow from the ones that stall

Brands have always asked me "how can I get my creators to post more content?" And my response is always this: gamification, contests, sprints, and bonuses. It's really simple. Treat your creators like they are a part of your company. Train them, educate them, and provide reward systems to drive more volume of content. Examples: 1. View bonuses 2. GMV tier bonuses 3. Video quantity bonuses If 50+ creators partake and only a few are eligible to win, you now have 50x more posts for a few rewards. If you're worried about the quality of work, use deliverables to keep the quality of the content high. Want to know in detail how to structure these reward campaigns like the 8-9 figure brands do? Check it out in my latest article: hubfluence.io/blog/incentivi…

I don’t click every product when I'm sourcing I scan from the main search page QVS on @SellerAmp shows me: • Rank • Seller count • Max cost • Alerts If it looks bad, I don’t bother If it looks decent, I dig deeper This cuts down the number of products I review by an insane amount

after consulting with 100s of brands on tiktok shop through coaching groups, one thing is clear... they have a structure problem here’s what that looks like: no defined creator flow creators come in randomly no clear path no system for: outreach → sample → post → repeat nothing compounds from that they wait instead of pushing volume sample sent and they wait no reminders no follow ups no urgency tactics no structured bonuses or giveaways the brands that win push creators consistently they don’t manage content output videos go live but no one is organizing or reviewing them brand owners have no idea what’s working and have no system to improve output they don’t operate from one place everything is split across various crappy tools outreach in one place tracking in another reporting somewhere else this slows everything down centralizing everything is what actually unlocks scale more time you save, the more you can put towards high ROI tasks

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see new Amazon sellers make... If your settings are wrong in @SellerAmp, your ROI is most likely wrong I update: • Inbound shipping rate • Inbound method of shipping • Target ROI goals & min profit number Now every scan shows real numbers. No mental math or guessing your margins.

hubfluence + claude mcp has been live for several weeks now and honestly, it’s quickly becoming one of the most useful parts of the platform every tiktok shop brand says some version of the same thing: “all the answers are somewhere in our data we just can’t get to them fast enough” that’s the problem we wanted to solve instead of digging through dashboards, spreadsheets, exports, and reports, you can now talk directly to your store data inside hubfluence ask questions like: → which creators drove the most gmv in the last 30 days → why did sales drop this week → which videos had the highest conversion rate → which affiliates stopped posting after receiving samples → who should we re-engage right now the goal wasn’t to add another dashboard it was to make the data actually usable for campaign managers faster decisions faster optimizations less manual work because brands running hundreds of creators don’t have time to spend hours pulling reports every day they need answers immediately that’s where creator management is heading next

i’ve spent the past 2-3 years working closely with brands scaling on tiktok shop if you didn't know already, i work for one of the largest tiktok shop agencies i've built numerous brands and scaled them past 7 figures annually myself after seeing 100s of accounts, the same early mistakes show up every time here’s what brands get wrong when trying to scale on tiktok shop: they chase more creators instead of better creators more outreach more samples more noise but 0 improvement the brands that scale don’t just add creators they filter them by: → post rate → consistency → ability to convert they don’t push creators after the first post a creator posts once and that’s it no follow up no guidance no second video most revenue comes from repeat content not one-offs they don’t give creators anything to work with no hooks, inspo, examples, or any direction the best brands send what’s already working they don’t know who to double down on everyone gets treated the same top performers get ignored low performers keep getting resources you need to know where to reinvest that only comes from tracking

Most people open the Keepa charts and don't know what they're looking at Here’s what I check with @SellerAmp: • Price range over last 90 days • Buy Box consistency • Rank drops, not average rank • Number of sellers over time If price swings hard, I generally skip. If sellers spike, I skip.
