Found myself in EXACT same situation in 2016, just 20 days before flying to Rio. Thankfully, an acquaintance from Totallympics forum (good old days!), who was also travelling for Olympics, alerted me & the situation was salvaged. Neither Air France nor MMT had any clue about it
