@Transamerica is useless. Asked customer service to speak to a supervisor: REFUSED. Putting up hurdles to avoid getting customers info is near fraud. We have been trying for months to reinstate a policy and can't get anywhere. Do better.

@Transamerica Email sent. Completed these forms multiple times. a small error then restarts the clock because Transamerica refuses to use the Internet. So messages cross in the mail & we can't get this done. If we call customer service about one policy, they can't discuss the other with us.

To withdraw $ from my retirement account, @Transamerica requires a form with more than 50 blanks be filled in w/ relevant info. A notary neglected to fill in ONE blank ("26" in "2026") and now TransAmerica won't give me my $. If you think your law firm can help, pls. reach out.
