@Purina @ProPlan The response from insurance used by Purina was essentially as long as you get a free bag of food it's resolved. They are at least going to test the food for toxins, but very poor response for something that is at the fault of improper handling and issues that already were in bag.

LA Marathon / Dodger Stadium had an exhibit for the LA Aerial Rapid Transit (LAART) this weekend ahead of the race today. When built, it purportedly will be able to cut the LA Marathon start traffic (always a nightmare) in half! And cut 1/5 (20%) of Dodger Baseball traffic! 🤔

@ProPlan He has made a decent recovery. He was barely able to get up for a good day and a half. Now has some bit of food aversion even to the replacement bag, Opened a support case via phone.

Dog is sick from some bad batch of @Purina @ProPlan Large Breed Puppy. Emergency room now. Shipped from @Petco to Los Angeles on Thursday. Upon investigating further, the kibble was super sour smelling in the middle. Here comes the recall...

@Petco @Petco. You guys were extremely responsive to this. Initially it did not seem more than a spoiled bag, but shortly after contact while serving some fresh food, it spilled on the bad stuff, and he ate that. Replacement bag was fine, but we had a hospital trip Saturday.

After the death of a pregnant mom riding a bike with her family, @TraciParkforLA all of a sudden cares about bike lanes. But the bike lanes they’re proposing aren’t safe! They’re door zone bike lanes. Even after a tragic death, protected bike lanes aren’t being considered.

@dilanesper Nobody enjoys sitting in traffic, or paying $120 for parking, but stadiums know there are not great alternatives and they can get away with that.

At bottom these people are just arrogant egotists. They can't stand that we enjoy the way we live in Southern California. They are just like the right wingers who also spend their time condemning California for taxes and libertine culture.

this is an example of how truly dangerous the pro transit folks are. there are literally hundreds of thousands of Southern Californians who go to baseball games from all over the area and need that parking lot. Pro transit types literally want to screw them over.

@dilanesper Nobody needs a parking lot. It is an induced need by the lack of good public transit. The only truly dangers thing are people who refuse to try something different. That parking lot at Dodgers stadium is an atrocity.

@bikinginla @schneider @MayorOfLA Those symbols are probably poorly painted anti bike signs to warn people on bike that you should avoid that so Uber and @Waymo can illegally stop and park in a no parking anytime/dedicated bus zone/lane.

Just listened to @MayorOfLA say that “public safety is more than police…” and started to talk about other safety issues, such as streetlights being out. She didn’t say one word about the hundreds of pedestrians killed by traffic violence last year, or the thousands injured.
