🚨 @Ed_Husain exposes the "suicidal" national security strategy of harbouring radical Islamists on British soil for geopolitical leverage. In this clip, Ed Husain explains how UK agencies tolerated extremist groups to pressure Arab allies, only for the "beast" to spiral out of control over three generations. Now, these same forces are turning their sights on the British state. Why won't the government act? Husain points to a civil service paralysed by fear: "They don't go into government to be accused of being racist... they're terrified of saying that this is suicidal."

Why do we actually laugh? @arthurbrooks explains that laughter isn’t just an emotional reaction, it’s a biological reflex triggered by a brain hack. When you hear a punchline, your brain experiences a mini "system error." Here is the quick breakdown: The Set-Up: Your brain predicts how a sentence will end based on logic. The Twist: The punchline completely defies that logic. The Flick: This surprise "flicks" a part of your emotional brain (the parahippocampal gyrus). The Release: Your brain resolves the confusion with a burst of dopamine and a physical chuckle.

We can't stop climate change. So why are we making ourselves poorer trying? If we want flood defences, resilient infrastructure, and the ability to adapt to a changing climate, we need a prosperous economy first. Instead, we're pursuing policies like Net Zero that make us poorer, while the planet continues to warm because the world's biggest emitters have no intention of following our example.

“One king nearly destroyed England. His teenage son changed everything.” Historian @dgjones explains how Edward II’s disastrous reign of favourites, betrayal and political chaos gave way to the remarkable rise of Edward III. At just 17, Edward III seized power, reunited a fractured nobility, and launched a campaign that transformed England into a military powerhouse. From palace intrigue to battlefield triumphs, this is one of the greatest political turnarounds in medieval history.

"Zero interest rates aren't normal. That’s for someone who's dying." 🚨 @PatrickEBoyle breaks down why the push for "left-wing style economics", like doubling the national debt to mimic Japan, is an absolute recipe for disaster. The reality? Japan has faced three lost decades, and those "cheap" interest rates everyone misses? They aren't coming back. We've had falling interest rates since 1981, meaning almost no one on a modern trading floor has ever even seen a rising rate environment.
