In November 2020, I felt I needed a challenge so decided to apply to do the NPQSL. Little did I know just how challenging it would be trying to complete it with Covid, LC, pneumonia, blood clots, several stays in hospital and bereavements. But, I did it and passed with 26/28! 😱

@alxjc04 @trentbartonland They hadn’t pulled off. The doors had only just closed as I got to the stop and the bus was stationry. I imagine this was why the driver had time to look at me, shake their head and then look back at the road before pulling away from the stop.

@trentbartonland There appears to be another glitch, where customer service is not a priority. This is where you get to the not-full bus at the stop, but because the driver has already closed the door, when you knock on it they refuse to let you on and drive away. Nice work @trentbartonland
