@tobypelfrene1 Hello, Please refer to our CEO's latest update: x.com/RichardNagy_TF…
Richard Nagy@RichardNagy_TFF

The Realities of Proprietary Trading Firms As you've likely observed, proprietary trading firms are undergoing significant shifts, grappling with changing the rules, payout delays — including our own — or, in some unfortunate cases, closures. You may be wondering what has precipitated this erosion of stability. Unfortunately, prop firms are benefiting from precisely the opposite of what traders desire: payouts. Despite our concerted efforts to innovate, significant investments have failed to yield consistency in trader performance within the industry. Rest assured, any claims to the contrary are unsubstantiated. From a prop trader's standpoint, profitability hinges on surpassing payout volumes relative to registration fee losses. Yet, when factoring in the losses on the market, scarcely a couple of funded traders prove profitable. Presently, the prop trading industry abounds with enticing offers, each seemingly more alluring than the last. However, for the sake of transparency, we position ourselves as a competitively priced entity, eschewing flashy incentives. Yet, even our rigorous rules do not guarantee sustained profitability. Sustainable operations for a prop firm rely on continuous user base growth. However, challenges arise when growth stagnates — a scenario that exceptions, such as firms with stricter rules and higher pricing than ours, may circumvent. Upon becoming the first company to have its MT license revoked, leading to forced closure, I anticipated the daunting task of re-establishing our presence. Fueled by unwavering passion, we resolved to relaunch True Forex Funds despite the considerable challenges. The past three months have depleted our accumulated liquidity amassed over the preceding 2.5 years, leaving us with a backlog of 300 pending payouts. In the spirit of transparency, we cannot provide a definitive timeline for resolving these delayed payouts. However, rest assured, we’re commited to doing our best to settle these payouts as soon as possible. To bolster our prospects of achieving even a modest level of profitability, we will implement stricter rules, aligning prop firm rules with the current market volatility. Further details regarding forthcoming changes will be communicated in due course. Your support in navigating these challenges is greatly appreciated!

We’re grateful for your feedback and support! While we appreciate positive reviews, we must address a circulating rumor concerning our CEO, Richard. We typically refrain from engaging in such matters to maintain professionalism, but the misinformation is gaining traction. Richard has been in Hungary for several months, diligently ensuring our company’s security and strategizing for our traders’ benefit. The circulating video is old, capturing a day off with a friend. We hope this clears up any confusion. We value your ongoing support and assure you of our commitment to addressing concerns promptly. Thank you for being part of our community!

A lot of people ask me about the @trueforexfunds situation and if they can get out of it and start working again. So here is my statement: TrueForexFunds has been in the game for a relatively long time, and during that time it has been able to overcome many hurdles. TFF was one of the first companies in the game, so it has seen times of plenty and really high margins. Now everything is different. Competition is huge and margins have come down. This of course has hit TFF and unfortunately it has gotten to the point where they are having major problems with liquidity and paying their traders. But even so, I don't think TFF should go bankrupt and shut down its operations. Unless the owners have spent all the money they have made, TFF should have sufficient cash reserves to weather these difficult times. It's going to hurt, it's not going to be pleasant, but I think it's in its power to make it through. But it won't be without change. And those changes must come now. They can't make it more expensive, their accounts are already too expensive for most traders. I would recommend a slight consistency rule, minimum profitable days and also a payout cap per cycle for at least a limited time. Of course traders won't like such changes, but if they want to get their money and their accounts, TFF needs to make these changes. If nothing changes, they will go out of business. All firms need to change, not just TFF. If they don't, they go out of business. And traders should understand that. Many firms are already at the edge of viability, not making money or even losing money. Now they are waiting and hoping that someone else will make the large-scale changes first, and that they will just ride the wave. But so far, nothing is happening. And if this keeps up, companies will go bankrupt and people will lose their accounts and their money. And traders in particular need to understand that. If they are stubborn and refuse to make any changes, firms will not change and we will continue to see rugpulls and crashes. P.S. This is no defense of TFF, just my view and belief that their situation is not so bad that they have to close. Their CEO @RichardNagy_TFF 's ride around Dubai may be unfortunate, but it doesn't change the fact that I believe TFF will be back. They may be different, but they will be back. And I want them to come back. There are better companies out there, but TFF is definitely not one of the worst either.
