@TuftandNeedle you need to be more upfront about your shipping times. Over a week after I completed my order and my foundation still has not shipped. You’re an online retailer. That’s really unacceptable.

@TJPalmz11 Hi there! It depends on whether you purchased directly through Tuft & Needle and if your order has already shipped. If you purchased directly through T&N then you can give us a quick call at 877-842-2586 and we can contact FedEx (or another shipper depending on the item) for you.

@TuftandNeedle I’ve been on hold for 48 minutes trying to return your mattress. This is unacceptable.

@sbvertigo Were you able to get everything resolved over the phone?

@TuftandNeedle Thank you. The FA process you have is sound, just difficult for an old lady to do by herself and I’m unable to help. Too much for her to go grab weights, grab a tape measure, get different angles and whatnot. Her friend took a pic of her sitting on the bed, but it was sufficient.

@TuftandNeedle Waiting on the phone for an hour, and the call disconnected. I will try calling back again today. My grandma wants to just send the mattress back and re-purchase a new one at this point.

@sbvertigo Hi there! For the warranty claim, we would not have you send the mattress back to us. You may donate or dispose of it how you see fit once a replacement is sent. However, we would at least need to see photos of the mattress in order to process the warranty claim.

@TuftandNeedle got a mint mattress for my grandma and it’s sagging. She’s 75 years old and doesn’t have the energy for your Failure Analysis process. The mattress is 2 days old. Why won’t you just let us send it back and you guys exchange it? Not a good experience.

@FrankSchloegel Hi Frank! No, you should not flip your mattress. It has a top and bottom layer and you don't want to sleep on the bottom layer. Also, the cover is not meant to be removed so please leave it in place & spot clean it. Let us know if you have other questions. Cheers, The T&N Team
