🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko. I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice. Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior. Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money. I made a promised that I wouldn’t let them get away with this and am looking forward to keeping it.

- Broken sideview mirrors
- Illegal tint

These two photos should awaken something in every single person who sees them.
The rhetoric surrounding this woman has become so loud that much of society has forgotten the reality: most of her moments are not public appearances or headlines. Most of her moments are spent quietly grieving with her two precious young children.
Children who most likely resemble their famous father in so many ways. Every smile, every expression, every milestone probably brings both joy and sorrow as they navigate life without him.
This is what this is really about.
The cruelty that has been openly displayed toward this little family has been staggering. At least in modern times, it feels unmatched. Somewhere along the way, compassion was replaced with cruel slander and gossip, speculation, and relentless judgment.
We should all stop and ask ourselves: how did we get here as a society?
Some people will rush to say it’s all her fault. That she smiled the wrong way. Wore the wrong thing. Said the wrong words. Guilty, guilty, guilty — with no real proof behind it, only anger and hatred.
What are we doing?
The internet is forever. Someday, these two precious children will see all of this. They will read the comments. They will come across names and posts and opinions from strangers discussing the worst tragedy of their young lives.
When they come across your name, what feeling will it stir in their hearts?
That might be something worth asking yourself.

I explained this about a week after the assassination and dozens of times since. The physics haven’t changed. It’s straightforward once you understand the mechanics. Just like everything else, ignorant people still try to turn this into proof of some elaborate conspiracy. It's not.
The bullet struck the front of his spine accelerating the spine rearward right where the necklace chain was resting.
That massive, instantaneous energy transfer (like a high-speed Newton’s Cradle) launched the chain to his rear at hundreds of feet per second in a fraction of a millisecond.
Yank a necklace hard from behind — the front (with the pendant acting as a counterweight) flies upward violently.
Hundreds of pounds of force were involved. That sudden whip snapped the chain, likely at the clasp, and explains the dramatic shirt movement we all saw. That movement is the pendant being accelerated upward under his shirt. The forces and speed at which this all occurred are understandably hard to imagine for most people.
The broken clasp was too big to slide through the cross pendant loop (attachment point) which is why the free running portion of the necklace can later be seen hanging off Charlie's left side. The cross pendant was stuck on his shirt collar.
Not complicated. Not a squib. Not faked. Not special effects. Not an exploding microphone (you all pushing that are complete imbeciles and grifters). Just ballistics + basic physics.
Not proof of a conspiracy. The necklace simply reacted exactly as you’d expect from a high-velocity impact.
