Tusla - Child and Family Agency

Tusla Early Years Inspectorate (EYI) recently marked achieving ISO 9001 certification for its Quality Management System at an event at IMMA in Dublin. This is the first national regulatory body in Ireland to achieve this certification across all 26 counties.

Change of this scale takes time. Our teams are closely monitoring the new model as it beds in and responding quickly where adjustments are needed. The focus remains the same: supporting children and families safely, consistently and effectively.

We wish to mark the retirement of Mr Pat Rabbitte, Chairperson of Tusla Board, after 7 years. On behalf of all Tusla colleagues we sincerely thank Pat for his leadership, dedication and contribution to public services, and to take this opportunity to wish him well for the future

From today, Tusla is introducing a new local service delivery model to improve how children and families access support. This change is about making support easier to access, more consistent, and better connected for families.
