If I were 25 again… I wouldn’t start a startup. I’d buy a broken SaaS business doing $4M in revenue, losing $1M a year. Then I’d: - Cut burn - Rebuild ops - Fix pricing - Improve UI/UX Then I’d buy another. Rinse and repeat. Everyone else is grinding 5 years on R&D just to reach product-market fit. I’ll just buy that time. Why build from zero …when someone already did the hard part? Skip zero to one. Go one to a hundred. Today’s winners buy time and compound it.
