@tweethue Ever since iOS 26.4.2 was released, I have limited functionality from the Hue App. I can adjust light intensity for specific rooms I have defined and can toggle the on/off switch, but if I try to go into a room to change the color scheme or automation, the app freezes

@tweethue Hi there. I have a Hue White Ambiance G125 E27 Filament Globe (one of three) that has come apart. The glass has come unglued from the base and unfortunately broken the connecting wires so I can’t simply re glue it. They were purchased on the website in Nov 2024. Can I arrange a replacement please?

@tweethue Hi Hue. Since a few months I have the issue that all the Hue lights in my home randomly turn on at various intervals. Usually it happens in the middle of the night which obviously is not ideal. I haven’t been able to find a pattern in it. It’s very random. Any idea?

Hi @tweethue , your shipping and customer service is an atrocious joke! I have not been sent all the items I've ordered and customer service told me that it's impossible to ship me thi missing items, they will issue a refund, but for that I need to sent unreceived items back!

@tweethue after adding sync box 4k via app, it's not listed in app as device. Hue bridge is added. TV lightstrip is not found via install, tried QR scan and manual code. Followed reset steps. Reported issue via call months back, still no fix provided. Used to work.

@tweethue Just bought your Hue Bridge Pro and migrated ALL my lights over and now nothing will reconnect. Absolute trash. And yes I’ve tried literally every useless suggestion in your troubleshooting guide. Paid $100 to be reverted back to the Stone Age.
