@Makex56240958 @TweetsOfSumit Ablenkung und Lärm. Mangelhafte Ergonomie die schmerzhaft wird. Für Softwareentwicklung ist der kleine Bildschirm und die Tastatur auf Dauer ungesund. Man kann so einfach nicht ernsthaft konzentriert arbeiten. Ich hab’s auch probiert, bin aber immer zurück ins Büro rein.

This is honestly just a terrible development. Part of the unique value of the public markets is liquidity. Making it so companies are required to update their investors less frequent means we are moving towards opaque, confusion, and lack of data. And there’s nothing “long term” about getting less frequent updates. One of the most long term focused companies ever is Costco, which releases KPIs *monthly*. Removing the quarterly reporting period will just give investors less data to work with and make it so insiders can sell out of a stock long before the public is aware of the problems.

Ich bin definitiv nicht drin im ImmoGame und kein Experte - aber meine subjektiven Wahrnehmung sieht auch Immos die ewig in ImmoScout bleiben und preislich über die Zeit reduziert werden.
Ob das vor 5 Jahren auch so war oder ob das eine neue Entwicklung ist kann ich nicht sagen.

@TweetsOfSumit In Meerbusch z. B. sind die Preise von Luxusvillen enorm gefallen – teilweise um mehrere Millionen. Verkauft bekommen die Eigentümer sie dennoch oft nicht. In den letzten zwei Jahren sind sogar die Bodenrichtwerte gefallen. Kommuniziert halt nur kein Makler.
