Almost six months ago I joined a new team as product designer. In that time I've done everything from product design to graphic design to infographics even to building prototypes in code. As part of things I've worked on, I built a feedback automation pipeline to help us centralise all feedback coming from everywhere — from customers, the sales and commercial teams and executive stakeholders. This included a slack bot, an MS Teams bot, an n8n automation system some postgress and vector database + embeddings upskilling to handle Q/A as well, via the bots. Someone wrote last about how their many small side projects give them so much to talk about at interviews.. this is so true. Every question you answer, you have a lived experience you can share. It's so cool.

Feels like Claude sometimes cuts corners, opting for quick workarounds instead of actually digging in and fixing the real issue.

Wait oo how did we get there in the place? Different identities but same Ghana card number? So someone did the same fingerprint verification to get a second Ghana card but different details and somehow we didn’t see the duplicate in the system?
