The only time I’ve ever seen someone act that erratic and crazy without stopping is when they’re hammered or completely unmedicated bipolar or schizophrenic. Since this is an isolated incident against her ex-spouse and hasn’t caused issues with others on the show, it’s probably safe to assume it’s not the latter two.
