UMaine Alert: Orono Police are conducting an active search for missing person Chance Lauer, last seen Jan. 19 in the Orono area near the UMaine campus. Some campus trails are temporarily closed during search efforts. Please avoid closed areas.

UMaine Update: RSU 34 received a threat this morning. All schools were placed in lockdown. As UMaine property borders one of the schools, notifications were sent to the UMaine campus as well. The situation has been resolved, and UMaine has returned to normal operations.
