@umobile Hello U Mobile, I went to the CelcomDigi Centre in Alamanda Putrajaya to port in to CelcomDigi Postpaid (porting out from U Mobile Postpaid). Why did U Mobile reject the request from CelcomDigi? I replied to the port-out SMS from U Mobile on time, so why was it still rejected and unsuccessful? @CelcomDigi @fahmi_fadzil @MCMC_RASMI

@umobile dah 3hari masalah sama. Siang tak ada line malam baru ada. Kita sibuk nak buat kerja harini pun sama tak ada line asyik hilang je line ni apa masalah. Kalau sehari okey je tak ada masalah. Sampai 3 hari tak logik lah takkan tak ada tindakan lepas tahu firstday problem.

Apparently those who were already using eSIM have to get a new eSIM replacement to enjoy the new 5G SA 🫩 We have to pay RM10.60 again. That doesn’t seem fair @umobile

This isn’t an issue if you’re using eSIM but if you’re using a physical SIM card, a new SIM replacement might be necessary.
