“I feel drained,” says 11-year old Hussain from Lebanon, who wants to just go home and rest. Children’s lives and mental health are at risk as displacement and violence continue to be a threat. UNICEF and partners are supporting thousands of children, including those injured, with psychosocial and mental health activities.

The war in Lebanon has upended daily life for children like Nour, 14, and Ali, 5, and hundreds of thousands of others. Homes, schools, hospitals, and water systems have been damaged or destroyed. This means no classes, no easy medical access, and no certainty. Parties to conflict must end the use of explosive weapons in populated areas.

When UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador Liam Neeson visited a class in Juba, South Sudan, the boys had a clear message. The girls in their school are smart. Strong. Full of ambition. But more than half of girls in the country are married before 18, ending their education dreams. Today, boys are speaking up to end child marriage and help keep girls in the classroom. Will you join them? #GirlGoals

What were you like in the 90s? From dancing the macarena to using cellphones, the 90s were home to trends and lifechanging inventions – ready-to-use therapeutic food (RUTF) is one of them. RUTF made malnutrition treatment accessible closer to home, helping 9 out of 10 children recover in a matter of weeks. But millions of children still need what we started in the 90s and together, we can make it happen. unicef.link/3PfKnal

"Our school is destroyed, there's nothing left." - Roa’a, 12, West Bank, State of Palestine. Her dreams of graduating grade 6 were shattered when her school - a place she loved to learn and play at with her friends - was reduced to rubble by settlers and Israeli forces. There have been 99 documented education-related incidents in 2026 alone, including the killing, injury and detention of students, the demolition of schools, military use of school buildings, and denial of access. Watch and share Roa'a's story.

“Children are paying an intolerable price for escalating militarised operations and settler attacks across the occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem. Between January 2025 and today, at least one Palestinian child has been killed, on average, every week. That is, 70 Palestinian children killed in this timeframe. Ninety-three per cent of these were killed by Israeli forces.” - @1james_elder, UNICEF Spokesperson Read the full remarks: unicef.link/4wuj0KE

How are you feeling today? Together with @TXT_bighit, we’re starting with something simple. Checking in with one another. Some days feel heavier than others. Sometimes the right words just don’t come. In those moments, it can help just to know someone is there. Someone who listens, stays with you and encourages you to get help when you need it. If you want to learn more about the campaign and how to support yourself or a friend, visit: unicef.link/4tpMRB1 Let’s take it one step at a time, together. Because together, we can be ready for a better tomorrow. #TogetherForTomorrow #MentalHealth #OnMyMind #TOMORROW_X_TOGETHER

Thank you @JTBC_news for putting a spotlight on children who too often go unseen. 30 years of ready-to-use therapeutic food have revolutionized how UNICEF and partners treat child wasting, while working towards ensuring that no child becomes malnourished in the first place.

In South Sudan and around the world, health workers like Rebecca are saving lives every day. When conflict, flooding, or drought strip families of access to food, they ensure life-saving treatment, like ready-to-use therapeutic food, reaches the children who need it the most. Watch to learn how they are making a difference.
