I am extremely disappointed with UPS's service. The driver didn't have the gate code but made zero effort to contact me via phone, choosing instead to just leave a missed delivery notice. To make matters worse, the tracking info isn't updating in real-time. The overall user experience is terrible.

Shouts out @UPS for being incredibly unhelpful! Important package from work was delivered to a house that wasn't mine (the doorstep wasn't even one within three blocks, I checked) and when I tried to get help/a claim they said "sorry the package delivered you're SOL, good luck."

@UPS I am so disappointed with my UPS driver today. They left my and a neighbor's packages in our unsecure foyer. Anyone could have walked off with them! I was home and they didn't even buzz me to get in. It's a secure building--except the foyer.

@UPS you guys really got the system set up where if a package is lost yall won’t admit it and you can’t speak to anyone to find. It been told my package is 20 minutes away at the facility for a month filled a claim and that didn’t work it was closed cause improper documentation. Then it says it’s back in Nashville. Then they tried to deliver it but they didn’t leave it on my porch no signature is required. I got a the driver doesn’t have to leave the package if he feels it’s unsafe. JUST SAY YOU LOST THE DAMN THINGS FIR FUCKS SAKE
