Une vérité que personne ne vous dit sur la longévité… À mesure que vous évoluez, que vous devenez plus saine, plus disciplinée, plus alignée… 👉 Vous allez perdre des gens. Et si vous êtes une femme ? 👉 Vous allez perdre des amies. Pas parce que vous avez changé en mal. Mais parce que vous avez changé en mieux. La progression dérange. Elle oblige les autres à faire face à ce qu’ils ne font pas. Et la plupart ne le feront pas. Alors au lieu de soutien, vous aurez : – de la distance – des remarques passives – une jalousie silencieuse Oui… la jalousie est souvent la vraie raison. J’ai fait l’erreur de me battre pour ces amitiés. D’expliquer. De me diminuer pour ne pas déranger. 👉 Ne faites pas ça. Vous ne les avez pas perdues. Vous les avez dépassées. Et les bonnes personnes ? Elles ne sont pas menacées par votre évolution. 👉 Elles évoluent avec vous.
