@crashoverride @reelsandgavels Also, a suggestion for your site. You should probably have it indicate when sub/follow mode or other restricted chats are enabled and disabled. Because some channels may have drastically lower chatter counts than usual, but it's just because they have sub only mode on.

@crashoverride @reelsandgavels I don't think having a low amount of chatters proportionate to viewers is necessarily indicative of botting. Especially when you have a loyal following like pirate does. Probably lots of people wanting to support him without being active, so they let it play in the background.l

Twitch is launching new enforcement on channels where it detects persistent viewbotting. Those channels will be subject to a CCV cap for a fixed period and will receive a notice of enforcement from Twitch. Read the full update from the CEO here:
