@VGuardOfficial Repeated assurances and escalations, yet our long-pending V-Guard solar inverter issue still remains unresolved. SRN: 10535473752 The problem has continued almost since purchase of the product, severely affecting our restaurant operations, customer comfort, ambience and business continuity. Ultimately, we were compelled to purchase another inverter system separately just to keep operations running. While local technicians/service personnel may change, they ultimately represent and operate under the V-Guard service system itself. Therefore, accountability for proper monitoring, escalation and final resolution cannot be separated from the company’s overall service responsibility. Requesting immediate intervention by responsible senior authorities instead of routine template replies. Complete email trail and records available. @VGuard
