A quick workaround:
- Swipe up from the bottom of your screen and pause
- Swipe up on VSCO to fully close it
- Reopen VSCO

@VSCO_support when I log in to VSCO Web my homepage lands. As soon as I click on the search button the screen just goes blank.

@VSCO_support I’ve returned to VSCO but it’s very different. Tools and presets I had access to and have edited images with before are now locked? How do I get my preset back?

@VSCO_support@vsco I haven’t been able to access my account in almost a week and the minute I open the app it glitches with the message “error contacting server” , all of the 5-6 years of pictures have been posted on my account and I can’t access it

@VSCO_support my messages have not been able to send this morning and are continuing to not send. The reciepient/mutual follower is also trying to message me but are seeing the same message "user cannot be messaged". Help?

@VSCO_support needing to do homework, sign in in multiple places, checking emails ....who in charge was like "yeah let's make it as convoluted as humanly possible for a user to delete their account!" ? This is absolutely horrible software and service design.
